The machine building enterprise "Stroymechanika" offers the services of trial grinding, milling and classification of materials free of charge to organizations and physical persons, interested in crushing , grinding and classification equipment. The works are made on the test site of the enterprise equipped with all the equipment necessary to carry out woks.
The tests will be carried out using the production run equipment.

Test researches of materials.
The laboratory researches of get products with test report are paid in the accredited construction laboratory "Tulaorgstroy" using the modern measuring equipment (the accreditation of GOSSTROY, Russia, accreditation certificate № ROSS.RU.0001.21 SL 84 dated March 16, 2006).
It needs 50-100 kg of incoming material 9raw material) to make trial crushing, grinding and classification and further laboratory researches.

- Definition of cement fineness of grinding. The cement fineness of grinding characterizes its dispersity and can be measured by:
- mass concentration on redresser sieve;
- value of the specific surface of cement powder.
- Definition of cement activity.
- Definition of grade analysis of powder materials (including cement) using laser diffractive microanalyzer in the range of 0,31-300 mcm.
- Test of construction mortars, including dry mixes by all basic types of physic and mechanic features.
- Researches of adhesion strength of materials.
- Proportioning of dry mixes, concretes, and mortars using modifying agents.
- Researches of samples for compression, abradability , water absorption, freeze-thaw durability and etc.
- Definition of heat conduction of materials including dry ones.
