Dry mixes mixer of "SM TURBOMIX" series

Dry mix mixer of "SM TURBOMIX" series by production of the engineering enterprise "StroyMechanika", is a batch-type mixer, intended high quality intensive mixing of dry loose materials in the dry mixes production. They also can be used in the mixed fodders making.

The mixing quality and speed of dry mix are provided by the design and displacement of blades in mixing unit that have guided working surfaces and simple geometrical shape that increase their life period and make easier the repair. The working surface and loading hatch of the mixer are isolated that exclude the dusting at unloading.

Operation principle of dry mix mixer "SM TURBOMIX".
The batched components of dry mix are loaded the mixer's tank from weighing batcher through disk flap. There is a service clearances on the top to which the weighting batchers and auxiliary conveying devices are mounted by flange. Then, the loaded materials are mixed by mixing unit with plough share-like paddles up to fully homogeneous mix. The qualitative and reliable high-torque gear box actuates the mixing unit. The mixing quality and so the quality of received dry mix depends directly from design of mixing unit and mixer tank. The mixing unit has 5-6 adjustable blades (it depends on mixer's tank volume). Plough share-like paddles mix loaded dry components forming the thorough dry mass. Ready mix is pumped through hatch of slide gate into mixer's receiving bin mounted under it. Then, the cycle is repeated.
